Community Associations
Institute has 57 chapters throughout the United States serving more than 26,000
members. Each chapter has its own menu of programs and services and ranges in
size from 50 to over 1100 members. Chapters serve geographic areas, entire
states, and multiple states. Some chapters have professional staff and some are
administered solely by volunteer efforts.

Membership Application
The Orange
County Regional Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-OCRC)
serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community
associations in the Orange County area of California. Members include
condominium associations, cooperatives, and homeowner associations as
well as those who provide services and products to community
associations. The Orange County Regional Chapter has over 1,400
members including nearly 600 businesses, and represents thousands of
households. The chapter is one of 57 Community Associations Institute
chapters in the nation.
