IGI shows her name as Caroline in birth record for Levi and marriage to Joseph.
JR's descendant chart dated 2/9/92 quoted by Dene shows her name as Cornelia BABACK, rather than Caroline C. BABCOCK. This is apparently from the source, "Elihu Remington born in 1743 data sheet," which shows the name as Carnelia Babcock from Erik Remington on Elihu Remington which confirms name as Carnelia Babcock.

Birth Notes:
Caroline's age is based upon her age of 14 during the 1850 census, which supposedly was taken as of 1 Jun 1850?.
Burial Notes:
The Evergreen Cemetery shows Caroline buried both in the Babcock plot and in the Remington plot. One of these may have been Carolline C. Brainerd, who married John M. Wright, whose plot is adjacent to the Babcock plot.
Noted events in her life were:
1. Alt. Birth: Alt. Birth, 2 Aug 1835. 7 8 Cemetery marker shows age at death of 23y 8m 7d and the date of birth of Caroline C. Babcock was calculated from that.
2. Census, 7 Sep 1850, Flint, Genesee Co., Michigan, U.S.A. 6 Caroline was age 14 and living with her family consisting of Abeliona Babcock, 38, a farmer owning real estate valued at $1,400, born in New York; Emeline, 36, born in New York, Eliza, 12 born in Michigan; Fenet, 10; Samuel, 8; Dwight, 7; Almira, 6; Daniel, 4; Adalde, 3; and Daniel, 1, all children were born in Michigan, for the 1850 cenusu.
