Tasker) immigrated first to Ireland, where they owned estates, then to Maryland in the 1680's. They were Presbyterian. Robert married Magdalen Tasker-[1786] [MRIN: 618], daughter of Col. Tasker-[1792] and Unknown. (Magdalen Tasker-[1786] was born in 1632 1 and died in 1727 1.)
