Araminta was not in the 1880 U.S. census for Flint, Michigan. She died in Illinois. If Mary Elizabeth Gillies was born 9 Feb 1860 to William and Maria, then Araminta must have died before that.
Araminta married William Wallace Gillies-[1337] [MRIN: 1071], son of William Gillies-[2966] and Ann Weeks-[2967], before 1864.1 (William Wallace Gillies-[1337] was born on 3 Aug 1829 in Flint, Genesee Co., Michigan, U.S.A. 2 3 4 and died on 22 Feb 1924 in Flint, Genesee Co., Michigan, U.S.A. 2 4.)
