Jacobs, married abt 1824 in Jefferson, Ohio, USA, and spouse 2, Thomas James, married 29 Mar 1829 in Tuscarawa, Ohio, USA, submitted by Mary Leoma Sawyer, POB 865 Arizona City, Arizona 86223.
There is also a Phoebe Albaugh on CD #73 Pin #255607, female, b abt 1842 in Ohio, USA, died in Ohio, USA, parents George Albaugh and Avis Isabella Finicum, also submitted by Mary Leoma Sawyer, POB 865 Arizona City, Arizona, USA.
